At M2 Realty Platform, I led a team of product designers (4 people) in the B2B Deal Desk, which brought the main income to the company. My functionality: designing interfaces for personal accounts for B2B and B2C — Mortgage Broker Service, Electronic Registration Service, Remote Document Signing Service, Online Deal service

Wallarm Web App
Designing interfaces for the Wallarm web application. Refactoring of the current (outdated) UX logic of the application, redesign of the old UI, introduction of a new UI kit, and in the process of creating a new Wallarm design system and its further implementation in the interface design process (system of components + system of tokens for synchronization with the frontend)

I designed a modern and elegant branding concept for “Two Elements”, a personal project by my wife Irina and her friend Julia. Their business focuses on crafting high-quality scented candles and sachets, and the branding reflects the refined, natural, and soothing essence of their products. My Own Vlesu coffeeshop
Since 2022, I had been developing my own coffeeshop in our community in the Moscow region — a project that truly felt like my child. Even while living in Dubai, I managed it remotely, building a strong team and automating all processes to keep it running smoothly. In October 2024, I eventually had to part ways with the café, and although it was the right decision, it was bittersweet — a piece of me will always remain in that place.

I’m currently developing a Telegram Mini Application for our Padel community in Dubai. The app is designed to streamline the process of signing up for games, making it easier for members to stay connected and participate. The project is still in progress, with a focus on creating a user-friendly experience tailored to the needs of our vibrant community

As Head of Design at EMIAS.INFO, I led a team of 12 designers, building and scaling the department while shaping the user experience of Moscow’s unified medical information system. My work spanned from managing processes and resources to creating UI/UX for doctors’ workstations and mobile apps, refining the system’s design language, and ensuring consistency through style guides and UI kits. Beyond product design, I also contributed to presales, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and developed corporate identity elements for large consortium projects.
